Job Description

• Gathering and refining requirements from the stakeholders/teams/departments as Backlog items
• Contribute to idea screening and creation of products road map
• Analyzing process workflows to identify potential areas for automation and drafting business rules to identify and fill the gaps in the existing system
• Designing user interfaces and screen mockups using wire-framing tools like Balsamiq, etc
• Assisting the QA team with smoke-testing of the system
• Handling customer demos and support requests
• Creating system documentation, User Manuals and Release Notes
• Developing and arranging workshops and trainings for relevant stakeholders

Required Skillset

• Bachelor’s Degree (H) in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Software background
• Good understanding of the Software development life cycle and frameworks
• Good understanding of e-Procurement
• Good understanding of the IT industry
• In-Depth knowledge of Management Information Systems
• Experience in handling customer requests
• Ability to critically analyze requirements
• Excellent communication
• Hands on in issue recognition and problem solving
