Job Description
- Gathering and refining requirements from the stakeholders/teams/departments as Backlog items
- Contribute to idea screening and creation of products road map
- Analyzing process workflows to identify potential areas for automation and drafting business rules to identify and fill the gaps in the existing system
- Designing user interfaces and screen mockups using wire-framing tools like Balsamiq, etc
- Assisting the QA team with smoke-testing of the system
- Handling customer demos and support requests
- Creating system documentation, User Manuals and Release Notes
- Developing and arranging workshops and trainings for relevant stakeholders
Required Skillset
- Bachelor’s Degree (H) in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Software background
- Good understanding of the Software development life cycle and frameworks
- Good understanding of e-Procurement
- Good understanding of the IT industry
- In-Depth knowledge of Management Information Systems
- Experience in handling customer requests
- Ability to critically analyze requirements
- Excellent communication
- Hands on in issue recognition and problem solving
