Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage medical claims, ensuring accuracy in coding, data entry, and compliance with billing regulations.
• Handle insurance verifications, rejections, denials, and appeals.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-ups on outstanding balances.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical billing (fresh candidates with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Familiarity with medical billing software and terminology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a night shift environment.
